Mew Chang Tsing presented a workshop seminar on "My Way - S.E.A.
Dances and Contemporary Dance" at a dance programme organised by the Southeast
Asia Dance Troupe (Hong Kong division) in conjunction with the Temporary
Urban Council. Mew was also invited to choreographed a dance piece, "At
Ease" for the dance troupe.
Kuala Lumpur
A seminar on the history, future and function
of dance. It was held at One Academy, Taylor's College,
Kuen Cheng Secondary Girls School, ASK (National Arts Academy), and at "Sin
Chew Jit Poh" (a Chinese newspaper). This seminar series examines dance as a significant communication form.
